hi there, I am travelling with my parents. Just wondering, are we eligible to rent a car with a valid Malaysian driving license ?
Hello. How old are they?
50 for the driver
the driver would need a credit card
yes we do have credit cards
Although your Malaysian license is obviously written in English you can also obtain an electronic IDL very easily:-
https://e-ita.org/
so that means that we have to get a IDL first before we rent a car, am I correct ?
Make your search online on this website and then check here for license criteria:-
At STEP2 of our 3 step online booking process, to the right of the car photo of your choice, is a link entitled "IMPORTANT INFORMATION". Click on this link and it will open an additional smaller window, where the terms and conditions appertaining to that particular car at your chosen location are displayed.
ok thank you
