Can I hire if over 70 in Swindon? DVLA have extended existing licence to August 2021 due to covid.

Look here to view age restrictions but you should be ok:-

The driver must have held a full driving licence for at least one year. At STEP2, click on the link "IMPORTANT INFORMATION' displayed to the right of the car photo of your choice. This will open another smaller window and if you click on "DRIVER" you will see what age restrictions there may be and any associated fees. Try a few different car models / suppliers, as they do differ.

After you completed the reservation you will receive several confirmation emails with the link to your voucher. In the voucher you can find contact details and pick up instructions, you have to book online.

BTW. Dont wait too long to make the reservations. Fleets are limited during covid, and prices might go up. You are always able to cancel for free online up to 24 hours before pick up.
