I don't understand - I've selected a Golf automatic. I can't see a drop-down menu for the pick-up location.

Thats because you have gone to stage 3 already. I have send you a link with that type of car in Central Bristol. Click on the little map next to the car photo. It will expand and show you the pick up location details.
